I recently stayed at a hotel in Patong town and had a great experience. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Secondly, the hotel was in a great location, close to both the beach and the bustling nightlife. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with pleasant balconies to relax on. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The personel is excellent and frendly. I also took padi divers certificate in the hotel for 12500b. Excellent training and fun (ask for Tom and say hello from Benny and Daniel). Training takes 3-4 days to compleat depending on your skills, expect diving during first day, then hitting the books at night. 2Nd day you take the test and go to Kata beach and mabey back to the pool for more diving. Third day you go for a divers trip making 2 - 4 dives at ~9 meters, at the coral reefs. Fourth day is for any thing you missed. We got our licens at the third day. Expect early mornings lot´s of sun and avoid drinking during the nights. The room is big, with two beds put toghether. Well worth the value (1000b per night). There are two thai resturants close by, cheep (50- 100b) with ok quality if you are not picky.
The wi-fi router is located in the lobby, so only rooms close to lobby will have internet. Talked to the personel, and they say they will expand it in two weeks time. Location is a bit of, finding a tuktuk can be dificult at times, so expect some walking. The beds are hard, and not that comfortable, so are the pillows. But ok for the price. The pool is for diving, meaning it´s small but 1-3m deep, and also cold without a wetsuit (not for kids). For some reason there is no waste basket in the hotelroom (except for where you throw toilet paper). And the room have verry few power outlets, and shuts of when you leave the room. Making it hard to charge the laptop and have the room cold when you come back from a hot trip. Breakfast is not included in the price, but cost only 150b.

For my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that was located in a quiet area, away from the busy streets and nightlife of the city. It gave me a peaceful stay where I could really relax. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also provided daily towel service and room maintenance. One of the best aspects of my stay was that the hotel had a pool where I could swim and cool down during the hot days.
One of the worst aspects of my stay was that the hotel was quite far from the beach, which made it a bit of a hassle to go there. there were not many restaurants or shops nearby, so I had to walk a few blocks before finding dining options.

The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to a convenience store and street food. We also enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff when we had questions about activities in the area.
The noise from the busy road outside was disruptive to our sleep, and the inconsistent wifi connection was frustrating. The lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the room. we were disappointed with our stay and would recommend looking for alternative accommodations.

I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is outstanding. The prices are comparable to budget hotels in Malaysia, but the quality of the rooms is akin to a 5-star establishment. The attention to detail, from the fresh smell of the rooms to the comfortable beds and flat screen TVs, was truly impressive. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the beaches and also within walking distance of a mosque. It's also conveniently situated near the nightlife, if that's your cup of tea. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
All was great, no complaints here.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money is outstanding. We originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending our stay to four, thanks to the reasonable prices and the great experience we were having. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Additionally, the staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was arranging airport transfers, recommending local food spots, or helping us plan our excursions. The level of service and accommodation provided by the staff was exceptional – they even went out of their way to fulfill a late-night food craving I had by personally acquiring the ingredients. It's gestures like these that truly showcase the dedication and commitment of the staff to ensure their guests have the best experience possible.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.
